This review is from: Quality Park Antistatic Fiberboard Disk Mailers, 6 x 8.625 inches, White, Box of 25 (64126) (Office Product)
These mailers provide an excellent amount of protection for CDs. Unlike cheaper mailers I've used in the past, these are very rigid and will not bend unless a good deal of force is applied. There is enough room to fit three CDs in paper sleeves without issue. The unique size makes it perfect for CDs and DVDs in paper sleeves, but not much else. The space it too tight for full-size jewel cases or regular plastic DVD cases, and it really isn't made for documents either. The mailer's adhesive it very strong, though it doesn't go completely to the outer edges, so I do worry that it could rip open going through a postal machine if one of the edges gets bent upwards. A simple piece of mailing tape solves that quickly, however. The batch I received had a few mailers that looked stained -- almost like old receipts that use thermal paper get when they are exposed to heat. The overall functionality wasn't effected, but the few that were effected do look a bit odd. Hopefully that was an anomaly to that one batch, and when I re-order it won't be a problem next time. Overall, I'd recommend these if you are mailing CD's in paper sleeves. If you prefer jewel cases, a standard bubble-mailer would work just as well, and would likely be much cheaper.

I used this mailer to send an introductory packet to prospective clients, which included a CD, a tri-fold 8.5 X 11 letter, and a few business cards. I am back to purchase more. The letter just *barely* fit without folding in half again, but it did work. If the envelope was a quarter-inch wider, I'd have given it five stars.
