Very hard to use. When working with a partner you get jerked around a lot. It has very little give. Was looking forward to using it in class but was not impressed, And the seller will not return or exchange the item :( Instead suggested I sell it on ebay. Won't be buying from them again :(

I train HS competitors. The item's buckles broke the 2nd time I used it. I had to "Jerry-rig" the buckles with stronger ones from Home Depot to use it again.
