I just recently had some questions regarding procedures and new ISO 9000 requirments. I have purchased 3 of Gunthers tech books in the past which were of great help, so I decide to look into more of this product. I ran a search on google for his number and called Gunther directly. He spent two and half hours with me explaining the details of his products and which system is right for me at no charge or dismay.
