Striving for excellence -- mental, nutritional and physical -- is a worthy goal at any age. This book is adaptable to any level of fitness, so it is tailor-made for me to be reading it for the third time as I prepare myself, at age 74, to again get up on one water ski and glide across the water at approximately 25 mph, during the summer of '15. In order to achieve that goal, I must be in top physical and mental condition; top nutritional condition will be my underpinning.
The principles in this book, while not initially presented today or yesterday, are sound; therefore, timeless and enduring. I have no illusions that I will definitely achieve the level of quantum fitness I desire, and that's OK because the triumph is in the journey. To whatever level I am able, I certainly expect to achieve quantum fitness, and this book will propel me there.
