For four consecutive years, from 1983 to 1986 Faustin Bray produced workshops for Richard Feynman at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA. This is the first Feynman Workshop that we presented, the following write-up appeared in the Esalen catalog: "This workshop will be a discussion of how the world looks from the point of view of modern quantum physics, wave-particle duality, the uncertainty principle, indeterminance, the question of hidden variables, Bell's theorem, and the Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen paradox. These otherwise difficult ideas will be discussed in a leisurely and relaxed manner, interspersed with sessions of primitive drums playing, yoga, and eclectic experimental events to help integrate the information pleasurably." This four-volume set on Quantum Mechanics contains Richard Feynman's didactic sessions, board-work, and question and answer periods relating to his morning talks.
