after suffering with migranes for at least 40 yrs.i came across a book titled Joy Bauer's Food Cures. thank goodness i picked this book up and came across a whole section on treating migraines,much info.for the migraine sufferer. she suggested migrelief as a daily supplement.having a migraine every day for 3 months thought it was worth a try.i had been taking extra magnesium and feverfew(read on it in the past) that migraine sufferers lack in these vit. did not do the trick. so started researching many sites on migrelief and discussing with representitive in health food store that this is the right blend and absorbtion rate. migrelief has riboflavin(B2)400mg.,feverfew 100mg. of a specific form and magnesium 300mg. in the correct increments. began regiment 3 weeks ago(take 2 pills a day)and i have had 1 migraine in 3 weeks and not nearly as intense, i have imitrex for those days but do not like to take every day plus the expense. also need to take omega-3 fish oil and coq-10. give it a try might work for you also. i will be back for an updated review in a few months.

I have been using this supplement for years and it helps! When I couldn't find it in the stores I bought the vitamins and herbal supplements by themselves but it costs twice as much. It was a relief to be able to find it here on Amazon.

I developed awful migraine headaches this past March. My mother, who also has migraine, bought me three months worth of this product, and mailed it to me. We have both found that taking this supplement, along with some changes in diet, has significantly reduced the number of migraines we each get. Now I rarely get a migraine!
