5.0 out of 5 stars At least as good as the first one.
Seriously, I can't get enough of these books.
Although the twist in this one was surprisingly obvious... to me, anyways. Have fun figuring it out!

3.0 out of 5 stars Quantum Prophecy
I really enjoyed this book when I first found this in the kids section in my local library, but I have a complaint against the writer and the publisher. I read both books and I continually found curse words over and over and over! This is a KIDS book! Kids should not be reading about God's name in vain nor the d word or the d word with God's name in it! I was furious! WHY...

4.0 out of 5 stars The Journey Continues......, July 27, 2009
This review is from: Quantum Prophecy: The Gathering (Hardcover)
Ah, the superhumans are back and the action picks up where the first book leaves off. This is a really good read. Colin and his friends must continue their fight against Cross. This has a lost of suspense and a lot of action. The characters developed and one has to come to terms with a disability that he suffered in the first book. Colin also discovers that he has some hidden powers. I have to say, the powers he gets are fantastic!

Not only does Colin and Co. have to face off against an old enemy, one of his friends, someone that he trusts with his life is betraying him and the rest of the superhumans. Not only does Colin have to deal with all of this, but there seems to be a cult that wants him and the rest of the superhumans to join it. But that's not all Colin has to deal with. At the end of the book, he has to make a choice that has no winning side. No matter what he picks, it has horrible consequences. A choice that will destroy him.

Over all I really liked this book. I just had one small problem with it. Towards the end of the book, the cult isn't mentioned all that much. I'm sure they'll come up in the third book. I just wanted more of this cult.

This is a really good series and I highly suggest you read it. This is a series you have to read in order.

5.0 out of 5 stars GREAT SERIES!!!, September 14, 2008
This review is from: Quantum Prophecy: The Gathering (Hardcover)
This is the second part of what i believe is a great fiction-action book. I read the first book from a friend, read it in 2 days, decided to buy this one, and read it in two days, they were both great books. I can't wait for the third!!!

I've never truly read a book before. I'm into comic books and this is a great story about super humans. I loved it.

Why did they do this? I am not happy about thinking that these words are polluting kids' minds these days! As a kids' author you have the resposibility to watch for what these kids are putting into their minds! You have that control!
