The idea of this quantum re-heater is fantastic, and it does heat up as quoted. With the push of a button. That part works great. However, the very important and frustrating information that is left out is that you need to BOIL this thing for 30 minutes for it to reset!! First of all. Boil it. For something said to be reusable... I need to go put on a giant pot of water (of which this thing barely fits in) and bring it to a boil. Then I can't even just put it right in the water, I need to wrap it in a towel(as per instructions) as to not damage the vinyl on the side of the pot. Secondly, 30 minutes! Not say, 5 minutes in the microwave, or even 1o minutes in boiling water. I need to boil this thing longer than it takes me to make dinner in order to reuse it.

Suffice it to say, I am pretty disappointed in the product and especially that it does not explain this anywhere in the description. Not sure how other products like this work, but if they are all like this, they have got to think of a better way.

I gave this a fair 2 stars, becuase the isntant heat part works correctly. But at the hassle of cooking my product on the oven for way too long, I'd rather buy an old school heating pad and plug it in the wall.

I will definitely be returning it.

These things are so cool! It is so nice to have a reusable heat source. I have been giving them as gifts - you can nap with them, take them in the car, stick them in your wetsuit when surfing, not to mention help with sore muscles. However, they are cheaper from www.quantumheat.net

And, it's fun to watch it activate!

The product is a good product. However should come with pouches or straps to hold in place. I would recommend to others

i've had these before & will continue to buy them as they become unusable with tons of use. love them!

This is the best heating pad on the market. Totally reuseable and it get to a perfect tempture for me. Love Love Love it
