I bought this book after taking the Quantum Touch Core classes. Yes, you can learn the techniques from the book and, yes, the author gives a clear and thorough explanation of the procedures and the underlying view of reality and healing involved. For those who have not done energy work before the concepts and practices described in this book are very different from the usual modern mindset and may be very difficult to understand. I highly recommend that anyone interested in learning this very rewarding field first read "Quantum Touch: The Power to Heal", practice the methods given in that book so that you will understand that you are dealing with a real and useful system and take some of the live classes given by the Quantum Touch organization.

All that said, I give this book a clear 5 stars. It is a great resource, a great review for those who have taken the Core classes and a great advance in the art of energy healing.

If you are interested in self healing look no further. If you enjoy entering into deep meditative states and exploring the depths of consciousness than you will love this. I personally have been doing Core Transformation for three years now and I have experienced healing and transformation on many levels. The book is well written and the techniques are explained very well.

This book shows how to direct energy, develop healing techniques, and combine styles to foster healing and reduce body stress, and is a recommended pick for any new age library.

I was unsure whether it was possible to learn this sort of healing method from a book, and have been really pleasantly surprised. The book is so clear, so detailed without being over wordy, that it makes it really easy to learn. This method can take some practice in the beginning if you are learning on your own from a book, but it's well and truly worth any time you can put into it. The book serves as an awesome guide to work through, introducing the different practices and exercises, giving suggestions for how to put them together and when to use them, and giving excellent guides as to what to do if things aren't working as expected. An unexpected bonus for me has been realising that as I learn Core Transformation I'm being guided to open in many other areas of my life. It's just brilliant to have such a beautiful guide book as I learn and open and transform. If you want to heal and/or experience more of the real you, this book could be a really important guide for you.

This is truly the most comprehensive work to date on the art of healing. I would absolutely recommend this book to everyone, young adult to senior.

I was given a 2 week window from 6/15/2009-7/2/209 for delivery. I usually get a 5 day window that I got use to it. The book was delivered by USPS mail with only a note to my landlord. Thankfully the book was worth the exasperation of waiting for it to arrive. It was full of information I have needed to balance what I want out of life and my meditations. It helped with my other healing modalities as well.
