The stainless steel hinged cover and insulated body ensure the rice is kept fresh. Holds cooked rice hot for up to 12 hours. The cover lid seals on to a snug fitting removable Teflon coated aluminum pot. NSF listed to hold hot, cooked rice at 150 degrees Farenheight. Not intended for rethermalizing cold food. Product features include Pilot lamp in the cover and thermostatically controlled 100 watt elements. Has a stainless steel body and cover. The exterior base is steel coated with black epoxy. The rice pot is aluminum and has an easy carry rim without handles. Six month warranty. 120 Volts, 100 Watts. 15"D x 15 1/2"H.
