Fails the "erase" test,

The easel is sturdy and a good platform for a whiteboard in situations where you don't want to attach it to a wall.
However, this item seriously failed the "erase" test. Only dry-erase markers were ever used and the only fluids used to clean the board were water and "White Board Cleaner" (from Sanford). In spite of this, the board is new useless because most of the surface is covered with writing that only partially erases. And we're not talking about slight "ghosting", but clearly visible marks and legible text. I tried talking to the company (Boone) to get some satisfaction, but got nowhere. |
