This easel will serve our needs just fine for presentations in the office but I do have one complaint: The 2 holders that the pad could rest on are very flimsy and not well designed. The top clip holds well so it isn't really a problem, but don't count on those 2 plastic pieces to support your easel pad. They're basically useless.

I looked at this on Amazon and Office Max. I needed it right away, so got it at Office Max today. I rate it 2 stars because it is just good enough to get the job done. Barely The easel may be made from commercial grade aluminum, I don't know, I am not a metallurgist. But the easel overall is cheap, cheap, cheap. It wobbles with the legs fully extended. Though it is collapsible and light enough to be portable, it has no carry bag. Interestingly, the highlight on the product information enclosed refers to avoiding the use of pliers on the legs, which is the first thing you are going to want to do, as when you tighten them in place, they are nearly impossible to loosen with your bare hands. Hope you have the grip of a weight lifter. This really sucks when the legs are fully inserted as you have to remove the little feet that spin on order to even have a chance of getting the leg loosened.

All in all, a very disappointing product for the price.
