Great board, description and instructions a bit misleading,

Got this board really fast. I'd say had it in hand after about 4 days, so kudos to Amazon on their fast shipping and the shipping was free with super saver shipping. The board itself is not quite 4ft x 3ft. Total dimensions on the board are 48in by 34 1/2in with the frame reducing the total board space by a little over an inch on all sides.I got the titanium finish which I though was sort of a dull metallic, but when it arrived it was more of a sparkly sepia tone which resembled an automotive metallic finish. Still looked great. The board was very light but still well constructed. The description also says the board has a light grid pattern which I liked. The grid is a bunch of light dots not lines like I was thinking initially. Now there is a 4 corner mounting system but you mount the board to the wall with brackets that the board hangs along at the top of the frame and l-brackets at the bottom. The corner caps lead you to believe that you can mount the board directly through the corners, but I found that was not true. Those corner caps are NOT removeable! They are clipped in directly to the aluminum rails and NOT press fit into any mounting holes. Even though the board was call the Euro aluminum board, the instruction that you should follow in the mounting kit are for the non-euro aluminum board. You can hang the board just fine using just the mounting at the top but it will wobble a bit on the wall unless you secure the bottom. The included L-brackets and truss head screws are for mounting the bottom but you will need to drill through the aluminum frame at the bottom edge. There are no pre-existing holes.

The design is defective and you can not install this product as they ship it. After spending 3 hours on trying to figure it out, I finally called the manufacturer. And I was very curtly told that the "Engineers" decided to use a different mechanism to do the installation since what is included in the box does not work. You just cannot hang this product on the wall - Period. They told me they will mail to me (15 days) a new bracket system to install and that should work. Why go through all this pain...buy something else that works...and terrible customer service too....

Absolute Crap,

After spending an hour installing, the whole thing came crashing to the floor after the frame detached from the board.The fact they charge over $100 for something like this is absurd & shameful. It's made in China and probably cost no more than $5 to make- and it's not even worth that. Do not buy.
