I purchased two of these for use in a drill press pointer. For the price they are well made and work okay, but unfortunately the two laser line widths in the ones I received are different by a factor of two or three times. One was fine but the second had a significantly wider line output which makes the device pretty much useless for my application. I did get suggestions from the seller however nothing worked to correct the issue. If line width is important you may want to spend more for a laser with better quality control in manufacturing.

Nice thin laser line but not terribly powerful so you will want to position it close to the target. This model has pretty much disappeared off the face of the planet, so if you can find one at a good price consider yourself lucky.
