We purchased our first TV 14 years ago when we were first married and it is a QUASAR. Needless to say it's still working great. We only bought a 19" and paid the same price for it as the one listed here. It has been through local moves where we purchased it and a 400 mile move; we have buttons missing off the front of the TV, but that is our fault, not the fault of the TV, if this QUASAR that I am considering purchasing is the same quality as the one we already own and lasts for 14 years, I definately reccommend it. The reason I am looking for another TV is because we purchased a second one (PHILIPS/MAGNOVAX)from BEST BUY four years ago, and the picture and sound went out on it recently, and it's not under warranty, so it will be cheaper for me to purchase a new TV than try to fix it. With a family of five it's hard to live without a second TV.
