I purchased two of these carts. I keep one in the trunk of my car and the other one in our apartment. They are pretty rugged and seem to hold up to abuse really well. When I received the carts, I was a little surprised to open the box and find no instructions. It took me a moment to figure out what the little plastic things at the bottom of the cart were for. Turns out they snap on the sides of the cart when it is unfolded. Some instructions may be nice but it wasn't difficult to figure out. This is a great little cart and worth the money. Shipping was fast and I am very pleased.

The button on the handle to adjust the height was already broken before it came out of the box. It's not near as sturdy as the other reviews said it is. I walk across street, gravel, grass, and high curbs with this thing. It didn't even hold up the first day. Pieces have been continually breaking off since. It's still holding everything though. I'm annoyed at the price I paid for something that's sufficient but unsatisfactory.

edit: I had to change the rating for this product from a 2 star to a 4 star. The company read my review and quickly made efforts to remediate my dissatisfaction. They sent me a new cart and were very courteous about it all. I was incredibly surprised at their impeccable customer service. Kudos.

I took one of these on a family vacation and thought I would share the experience.

We packed up the car and I stuffed my Qube Cart with all of the food that doesn't go in the cooler. That worked well during the drive and I even stacked some things on top of it without any trouble. When we got to the hotel, I put two bags on top of it and kind of used it as a dolly. That was when I realized just how useful it was. We spent a little too much time roaming the halls looking for our room and if I had been carrying those bags; my arms would have fallen off. We packed the whole family of 5 in one room and the kids did actually use it as a seat a few times. It held up really well and I actually wished that I had another one. I never actually folded it up until we got home, but it is a nice feature to have.

I bought this for work, carting a small printer and paperwork to different locations. First day pieces broke off the bottom when I bumped it off the doorway to porch. Second day bottom part of front panel completely blew out and dumped my papers when I was moving cart from van to ground. The side bars meant to lock the folds in place pop off randomly. Now the whole thing is held together with duct tape and cardboard. This was supposed to be a professional looking resolution to the unsightly problem of mobile office work, instead it looks like a train wreck after only 4 uses.

I have to carry lots of books and paperwork to and from the office. This crate has saved my back and shoulders. It is easy to maneuver and I love how compactly it folds for storing it. This is a great invention and I would highly recommend it. I can see myself using this to carry virtually anything. No more juggling things in my arms!

I am an itinerant teacher and must basically carry my office around with me. I had another cart similar to this one for almost two years that held up beautifully through lots of different terrains and lifting in and out of my car daily. My director ordered this one for me as a replacement and sadly it has already fallen apart less than two months later -- my routine didn't change, this one just seems to be less durable than the previous one I used. I'm very disappointed with how quickly I have had to resort to duct tape and bungee cords... and those are barely holding it together now.

**Edit** After seeing this review, the company contacted me within a few hours and offered a replacement cart for no charge. Even though it was purchased by my employer, they quickly located the order and shipped a replacement to me immediately. I am very pleased with this great customer service and hope that this cart holds up better than the last one. I am changing my rating from two to four stars because of this prompt response.

I ordered the Qube Cart in gray. I use it for work and also for comic book shows. It was really easy to put together and just as easy to stow when I'm done. It is lightweight but still durable and sturdy. The handle extends to a good length (I'm 6'2"). Good customer service, fast shipping - I recommend!

I am an artist and recently purchased this cart for plein air painting. It has ample room to hold all my supplies, water bottle and snacks. Rolls easily and fits in the back seat of my car comfortably. Unfortunately, I lost the lid which I rely heavily on as I have bad feet and need to sit. I have been unable to find the manufacturer to see if I can purchase a new one. With the lid, this cart is worth it's weight in gold to me.

This item arrived as described; however, it started showing structural wear within 1 month. It is still usable, but I'm not sure this cart will make it.

Received my Qube Cart earlier than expected and used it the first day of it's arrival. I take it to the supermarket and find that it holds a great deal of items and pulls smoothly and quietly. I especially like the sturdy cover that protects all of my items during inclement weather and keeps out the direct sunshine that could make transporting cold goods a problem. It folds neatly for compact storage.

This cart replaces another that outlived it's usefulness. The Qube Cart seems to be a bit sturdier than my last one. I'm looking forward to taking the cart on many an excursion in the months to come. Talk about "green"...this is the product...reduces my carbon footprint and I get some good exercise all at the same time! BRAVO!
