I discovered this group on Pandora Radio and I love everything they record! Their sound is unique with a combination of modern rock and pop with more traditional Spanish sounds. I can listen to their CD over and over. It's too bad they have split.

The music of the Quijano brothers radiates with joy. I don't know Spanish, so maybe some of the lyrics deal with tragedy but I kind of doubt it. There is a certain humorous, knowing tone to their rich, crooning voices that is reflected in their impish grins in the cover photos. The artwork (their handsome mugs played against leg shots of hot babes) is almost worth the price of the CD alone because you just have to laugh, which is appropriate for this good-natured music, expertly performed. This is one of the most ENJOYABLE CDs I have heard in a long time.
