The return of Babe Ruth, with the original lineup, wow, never thought it would happen!!!!! This new cd is great!!! The sound is fresh and new, with modern elements, it's well worth the listen!!!!!They do not rely on their old sound, instead, they adopt and adapt elements which will probably appeal to younger generations not even born when the band started!!!!!
I highly recommend this new album. If you know and like this band, check it out!!!!!!! Welcome back Babe Ruth!!!!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Que Pasa - Literally, February 27, 2011

This review is from: Que Pasa (Audio CD)
I have loved this band since the 70's. The first album I bought was their 3rd self-titled LP. It was very good prog rock - heavy with synth and guitar with a Janis Joplin like female singer. Not much of the Spanish influence as previous albums did have. I have never figured out where that influence came from, for a band from England with an American ball hero in a space suit?

Fast forward 30 years or more for the release of this CD. Still good music for the most part except the rap on a couple of songs and remake of "The Mexican" sounds the same as the original. The Spanish influence is even more heavy than ever before on this CD. So if you were really into this band in the 70's you may enjoy "Que Pasa" I just felt like "What is this?"
