5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliantly funny!, December 18, 2005
This review is from: Quebec - Montreal (Original French Version With English Subtitles) (DVD)
This movie is a brilliant gem of Canadian film making. It is not well known outside Canada (and maybe only known in Quebec), but it should be watched!
The film follows three friends and a couple making their way by car from Quebec to Montreal one weekend. What ensues is a complicated, brilliantly concieved story that is hilarious at places and seamlessly makes for an entertaining couple of hours. I really liked the "feel" of this movie, it was down to earth and made the viewer really connect with all its characters. How it all comes together is as good as the movie Happenstance (also French)
