Beautiful end papers. Nice collection of photos with anecdotes. This little keepsake is a must have for any anglophile or royalist.

With 265 illustrations, over 200 in color, how could one go wrong? I certainly went "right" with my purchase from Amazon.com on this superbly complete souvenir album, which is advertised as an intimate portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II as Head of State, as daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother.

I continue to be amazed at how the entire biography-in-pictures presents a wealth of never before seen objects in the form of vignettes. Included are letters from the Royal Collection, Royal Archives, and spectacular examples of The Queen's private jewelry collection.

As the 60th Jubilee year of Her Majesty The Queen approaches, I can't think of a more fitting tribute for a truly loved monarch of our time.
