Don't know how it works, but it does. I'm 52 and I work very hard quite often, and end the day very tired. When I'm really worn out I'll soak in a tub with this stuff and it is like taking a handful of aspirin, only better. It really does soak away aches and pains, way better than just a tub or hot water. I highly recommend it.

These bath salts have a lot of good things going for them--they are inexpensive, come in large quantities, and maker your bath feel great. We use them in a jetted tub, and they actually foam somewhat. We don't use bubble bath because when it foams, it goes overboard, but this product makes a nice controlled foam and is really quite pleasant. It turns the "texture" of the water silky smooth, and it feels great when soaking in it. At first, I didn't personally love the scent--it didn't smell like real lavender to me, although it has lavender oil listed amongst the ingredients. I know that lavender oil actually comes in a variety of related scents depending on how it was obtained. Perhaps the oil the Queen Helene folks use is just not obtained the way I prefer. Anyway, my wife likes it, she thinks it smells great. AFter using it several nights I have actually become a fan, and we will order more of this. I still like to add a dash of lavendar from a different bath salt to change the scent a bit, but I think that it is really quite nice now.

Love this product! The scent is wonderful. I love the result of feeling relaxed and renewed after my bath.I would highly recommend this for your relaxing baths.

Works great, maybe magnesium in it. Have used for several years now, always works to relieve painful muscles.

I love this batherapy. It is great. It smells good and is very relaxing to use after a long day of life. There is 2 5lb packages so you don't have to worry about running out of bath stuff. I LOVE IT.
