I use the sports Batherapy and lavender Batherapy, both, in a single bath. The sports batherapy does take away sore muscles and other little aches and pains - I would never have believed it if I had not experienced it. Even if I am not sore or achy, but just extra tired and stressed out, this stuff really works - by the end of the bath I am relaxed, happy, and feeling fine. I like to mix the lavender Batherapy in at the same time, because the relaxing effects of the lavender as well as the wonderful aroma delights me even further. I've tried a number of bubble baths and bath minerals and salts, and this is my number one choice, and all I use now.
