This is a book that I had when I was little, and now I am reading it to my own kids. I loved it 25 years ago, and they love it now. We have several of the old "Arch Books" and they are all wonderful. Even with the older pictures, they are among my kids favorites. I have yet to find better Bible story books.

Like previous reviewer, I loved this book as a child. Arch books are wonderful for teaching stories of the Bible. Even though my boys are young (5 & 3), and don't ordinarily have much patience for more complex books, they love these. I'm glad to find the older, original editions of the stories on Amazon. The publisher has updated many of them, so the originals are hard to come by.
