The early Acadians had to use their ingenuity to provide tasty foods for "la fte de Nol". Though times have changed, there is still a strong Acadian flavor to the Southwest Louisiana celebration of Christmas. The recipes in this booklet, and the illustrations indicative of the old Acadian way of life, will contribute to a very "Joyeux Nol", Acadian style, for anyone who appreciates good food.
