About the Author

Mr. Sternberg is, by trade, an old-fashioned country lawyer who has been running a successful small practice in the middle of a big city since 1984. Recognized for excellence by his Peers in multiple professional surveys, Richard is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelors and masters degree jointly conferred in 1977. He graduated with honors and a law review editor from Georgetown in 1983 while working full time in the Office for Civil Rights. He lives with his wife, three children, dog, cat, and two cars in a big old house not too far from a river.
