More About the Author

In October of 2010 Anna Von Black burned and destroyed everything she'd ever written up to that point in her life. She decided that it was time to give up on her dreams of sharing her stories with the world. Luckily, after being hounded and harassed by her cousin and best friend, by February of 2011 Anna Von Black started writing again. Her cousin and best friend refused to give up on her and most of all they wouldn't allow her to give up on herself. So it was after a night of being told she was making the biggest mistake of her life some time in mid February of 2011 Anna Von Black picked up a pen and decided that if she could remember the name of the title, the characters, and the plotline then she would write it down. After a few hours she had recalled 37 titles in detail and came to the conclusion that if two people she loved believed in her and she could remember so much about so many stories she'd destroyed then perhaps she ought to start writing again. The Child of The Prophecy is the first novel Anna Von Black wrote since the night she burned her dreams and it will not be the last. Anna Von black is a self declared dreamer, writer, failure, spinster, shrew, and optimistic misanthrope. She believes that life is brilliant and inspiration is everywhere all the time and that you should too.

I believe it is quite a riveting tale. The author has put on a twist of a journey with her own world she has created. A unique place that gives you a new sense of a mew world has been born that readers can really get into with different limits on characters. To me it reminds me of Alice in wonderland but as you know with an elevator staff instead of a dirt whole and others things that you wouldn't find in wonderland. It is very good once you get into it because it gives you a new place to daydream about and a very exciting story that makes me really want to buy it just to know what happens to main character.

I read this not sure what to expect, but like the first review...I was captured by this new world the author creates, with very interesting a Lord of Rings and Alice and Wonderland mixed together. I would love to find out what happens next to Christine and where her adventure continues.
