She is also a practicing clinician in the Internal Medicine Department of the Yale University Health Services. Karla A. Knight, RN, MSN, Nursing Spectrum has been a nurse for 28 years. She has also worked with children and families in ambulatory clinics, hospitals, and long-term care.

It is a great place to start. There are exercises it tells you to do to help. In addition to diet changes. A great starting point.
