Book Doesn't Follow Major Casebooks,

This book would ONLY be useful if a professor recommends it; it does not track any of the major business associations/corporations casebooks in the material it covers and questions that it asks. Be wary.

the book was good for the material, but really this book only helps if your professor keys you to this material. My prof did not grade us on most, if not any, of this material covered in the book.
