This book set a very high standard when it was first published in 1991. It can still be used as an Appraisal Exam Prep Guide, if it was supplemented with the latest edition of USPAP. This textbook was divided into 18 separate chapters. There are questions included in each chapter to test your understanding of the material. This exam book has over 500 pages of review material, and over a 1,000 review questions. There are four final exams with a 100 questions in each one. Two exams are for the General Appraiser and the other two exams are for the Residential Appraiser. Following each exam is an answer sheet with explanations for every question. And next to every answer is the chapter and page number where more information can be found.
