I was shocked to find that this book contained just plain misinformation - incorrect answers are given for questions - it hurts rather than helps you to prepare for the exam - a better idea would be to go to the official New York State Department of State's web site to study all you need to know. Amazon should discontinue selling this book.

This book will be helpful for someone who knows nothing about the documents a notary will be executing. If you have legal experience, the booklet available for free from the Department of State is sufficient.
