A personal vision about the love of music.,
By
This review is from: Quick Bionic Arms (Audio CD)
I got the Doosu EP 'Quick Bionic Arms' form an underground commuinty radio station in Denton,TX. 89.3 FM KNON. For their monthy pledge drive. So I aksed for a Doosu Cd. I heard of the name Doosu,so I decied to take a gamble on this band from N.Texas. I have never listoned to their music before. I have to say this EP is very loud, hard rocking--but still very mellow to relex to. When you take out the EP off the clear CD plate it reads:"Quick Bionic Arms" is dedicated to all who believe that the joy of music is a testament to the love of life and respect for death. How wonderful it is to be alive". I can strongly tell how the song writers:Casey Hess and Eric Shutt wrote passionately about these six songs in this EP. Especially songs as: Clovers,Precious Wide shoulder build, and Sand quilt. What the EP is about is the love of music. And strongly believing in what you want to see and believe in music. It is a very loud EP and yet has this artistic feel to it. There were times I chose to liston to this EP to fall asleep to. Not that it's a bad thing. But I HIGHLY recommend to get 'Quick Bionic Arms', That the songs mean a great deal of passion of the love of music. Oh,and to Amazon.com, 'Quick Bionic Arms' came out in 1997. Not 2008. I'm assuming that the so-called re-issued date on this EP. Right? Unless of course you have a 12 inch scar across your chest.
