"Quick Callanetics - Legs" is just fantastic and this short workout is making a big difference in the shape of my legs. I didn't think any form of exercise could produce results as quickly as this - especially for as "out of shape" as I am. Plus, the workout is just a short 20 minutes long which makes it so much easier to fit into my busy lifestyle. I'm so impressed that I'm going to buy the "Callanetics" video next to workout my whole body.

This 20 minute video changed the way my legs looked and felt. My legs became thinner and firmer in very little time. I've turned all of my roomates onto this video and we all love it. I can fit 20 minutes into my schedule and I love all the stretching that is incorporated. You feel great when you're done. I would recommend this to anyone.

At the beginning i did not beleive that this tape would work out for me and oh boy was am i wrong or what? I tried so many tapes even yoga and pilates but never seen so fast results and radical change in my legs in such a short time. I have been using it for almost two months and my legs still shake and tremble everytime i use it. it works on your legs so deeply, so this 20 minutes tape is really the ONLY BEST THING ON THE MARKET. Buy it right now and do not even wait for a second. I have been using it for a month and the result are fantastic. I lost fat and my pants were so loose that I really looked great. Many men started complimenting me on how "fit" my legs and behind were. This tape will make you feel the best you could ever feel bec it delivers what it promises.
