Editorial Reviews

From Booklist

If the urge to splurge on calories is combined with the yen to cook or bake, try one of Weiner and Albright's concoctions. Most of their sweet treats are easily recognized, including flourless chocolate cake, chocolate tiramisu, fast fudge, gorp clusters, and egg creams. Other recipes are simply superrich, superpremium variations on a particular theme, such as brownie cheese cake, s'mores ice cream pie, and orange chocolate muffins with white chocolate chips. Helpful hints, from ingredient conversions to mail order sources, are contained in the prefaces and the first chapter. Barbara Jacobs
