Folks, if you want mouth watering bread in your mouth, buy this book. I have made Finnish Cardamom Loaf from this book for 9 years. All our friends and family love it. I make the dough in a bread machine, let it rise for a few hours, shape it into a loaf, and then bake it in the oven. This book also has other around the world recipes. I now give it as Christmas presents. Get it, you won't be dissapointed!!!!!
