Book Description

Newly Updated & Expanded for 2014 - 12 FREE Bonus Reports Included! (Scroll down to see the list of all the free reports you'll get.)

If you are interested in hypothyroidism tips that can help you lose weight and feel like a teenager again in as little as 1-2 months, then this new book by Jennifer Jolan will show you how.

Just by making a few simple changes you can gain more energy, lose more fat, and eliminate the usual under active thyroid symptoms in women (feeling cold all the time, fatigue, dry brittle nails, hair loss, depression, aches & pains, etc) you may be feeling now.

Here are some of the secrets found inside:
  • A secret way of using your TV to quickly improve your thyroid function.
  • How to "tap" your thyroid problems away. (Just tap your neck in this special way a few minutes each day and you will automatically stimulate your under-active thyroid.)
  • Why you could be hurting your thyroid each time you brush your teeth!
  • A little-known way to use the stairs in your house to stimulate a sluggish thyroid. (Almost nobody talks about this, not even most doctors, but it works like crazy!)
  • How your kitchen faucet can damage your thyroid.
  • A special kind of nut that has a long history of quickly and naturally getting rid of thyroid problems.
  • Can eating more salt help eliminate under active thyroid symptoms in women? (The answer may surprise you...)
  • The one nutrient you'll find in every thyroid diet that works.
  • How to use natural sunlight to correct thyroid problems. (Just go out in the sun for this exact amount of minutes each day and watch what happens!)
  • A cheap supplement that not only can normalize your thyroid, but also relieve depression and improve your memory and stress resistance.
  • The best time to go to bed for your thyroid health in the summer.
  • The best time to go to bed for your thyroid health in the winter.
  • The exact number of times to eat each day for a healthy thyroid. (Even the best hypothyroidism diet in the world won't do you any good if you don't know this!)
  • And much, much more...

I am a man with a history of thyroid problems, and I can tell you a lot of hypothyroidism diet books are full of the same regurgitated information you can find free online but this book has some very practical tips you can use right away. Yes, Hypothyroidism Diet Tips & Tricks for Women - Fix Your Thyroid & Lose Weight Fast covers food and nutrients and that sort of thing. But there are some other great tips you can use, too, you never hear about anywhere else. In some cases you might even start feeling more energy right away. Highly recommended for anyone with a sluggish thyroid!

4.0 out of 5 stars good information July 16, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Except for limiting meals to 3 per day, I agree with most of this author's suggestions. I have yet to try the spinning idea, and if it doesn't make me dizzy and sick, I might try it.

Highlights that I agree with:
- include a mineral supplement in your diet
- include fish oil/vitamin D supplement in your diet
- try adding an L-Tyrosine supplement to your diet
- get enough sleep
- move around more during the day and get enough exercise
- avoid aspartame sweetener and diet sodas

To me, that's common sense, but not to everyone. I highly recommend the L-Tyrosine. I've seen great results with it. Not with weight loss in particular, but with mood stabilizing and alleviating depression.

And for what it's worth, I didn't notice any spelling errors in the text of this ebook.

5.0 out of 5 stars Get straight to the point... May 16, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
There are no fillers or fluff in this book, it gets straight to the point discussing the various ways we can naturally improve the thyroid condition. I have been suffering from an under active thyroid for quite some time and refuse to spend my life on the medication. I have since gone out and purchased some supplements and after taking them for about three weeks now I have not only noticed a huge difference in my physical well being but have also begun to lose some weight. A must have guide for anyone wanting natural solutions for their thyroid problems.

1.0 out of 5 stars Worst book ever! June 12, 2012
By Bibi
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Please note that the "book" only has 24 pages full of "tips".
Nothing new in the "book". I bought it specting a useful guide. It says, take thyrosine, zinc, selenium and vitamnd d. Avoid penuts and soy sauce. That's it.

This is the easist way to get 5 bucks Miss J Jolan.

3.0 out of 5 stars A Very Short Book with a Few Helpful Tips August 31, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Jennifer Jolan has written a very short book (296 locations) with a very small amount of tips for anyone suffering from hypothyroidism. This book explains that you can exercise and diet and you still will struggle to lose weight. I myself am normally able to lose 4-10 pounds on a diet but then the weight doesn't come off. So I was very interested in what it would take to lose weight naturally. Jennifer Jolan expains how you can tap your thyroid to make it more active. She also suggests taking selenium, Vitamin D and L-Tryosine. She also explains how eating snacks during the day can suppress thyroid function. I also liked her section on why you should avoid aspartame. I've read the same thing in other books and online. I would not suggest stopping your medication. I'd just use the information in this book to enhance wellness.
