3 short (10-minute) workouts. New to Pilates, it is easy to understand the principles from the introduction, and then get started. Do all 3 workouts, and you have worked on toning and strengthening your entire body. Builds strength without first requiring the strength of wonderwoman, and it is all floorwork (minimal sweat; important if you have a busy lifestyle, or choose to do the workouts as part of your morning routine). Make sure you have a somewhat cushioned floor space. I used a folded blanket on my hardwood floor. Recommended as a good first step toward achieving fitness goals.

I recently saw an infomercial about Pilates and found it to be very interesting. I purchased this tape and I LOVE IT!!! The instructor walks you through the workouts and the count down timer is the best. I love the tape so much because you can do one 10 min. segment or do the entire tape for a full body workout. This tape is a great addition!!

Just started w pilates,have done yoga before, but am out of shape and need core work. This tape is fun, ten minute sections are just right, the ab section could be a litle harder, but i feel like i have had a nice work out by the time i have done all three sections, and it goes fast. This one is a keeper.
