I once encountered an old Zen proverb that said "when the student is ready, the teacher will appear." How often can each one of us say that the timely occurrence of a special person, a special happening, or even a book has occurred in our lives at such optimal timing that it made all the difference in the world in who and what we are. So to is the unbelievable timing of this superb text. For those of you interested in "self-care" of a natural and wholesome approach, this text definitely leads the way. Seldom have I found such a complete head to toe assessment addressing everything from spirituality to nutrition all wrapped up in one easy to read format
