About the Author

Marci Segal, M.S., Creative Studies
Marci Segal, president of CreativityLand, Inc., and executive producer of Passport to Innovation, began her professional career over twenty years ago as a civil servant with the federal government. Frustrated by that experience, she headed off to study creativity and innovation at the International Center for Studies in Creativity at the State University of New York College at Buffalo. Returning to Toronto as the first Canadian with this education, she held progressive positions as a qualitative market researcher and creativity specialist. She has been a consultant to organizations, leading creativity and innovation sessions, since 1984.

Marci is now a renowned expert in creativity and innovation. She uses the principles of creative studies and psychological type to help organizations develop a "best work" environment for innovation. She is a life member of the Creative Education Foundation, a senior faculty member at the Creative Problem Solving Institute in Buffalo, New York, an MBTI Qualification Instructor since 1993 with Type Resources Inc. and an associate faculty member of the Temperament Research Institute.
