A really good buy for this ISTP,

I am in college with an engineering major. I have been told I need to get used to leading teams and such, and I recently got into Myers Briggs personality typing. So naturally I wanted to try to use typing for productive team work. This book does an amazing job showing how different personalities think, what there strengths are on teams, weaknesses, and how to communicate with them. It also discussed leading types for each kind and gave examples. Overall this is a great book if you are trying to take your leadership to the next level, or even just interested in Myers Briggs personality typing.
