Whether a recent college graduate or already employed, this book offers great ideas and easy-to-follow
tips to interviewing and salary negotiation. Over the years, I have used many of the salary negotiation tips
to increase an initial salary offer, as well as obtain company-paid parking and other incentives. This book
is an excellent and valuable gift for recent graduates. This is a great beginners-guide and very helpful
to those who are relatively new in the job market.

In a readable, engaging style, this book describes the basics of interviewing, including; 1) how to dress; 2)preparation; 3) dealing with questions that you dread; 4) handling inquiries designed to trick you; and 5) organizing your presentation of skills so you can appeal to employers. Print and layout very helpful to people with learning disabilities. A small but helpful portion of the book discusses salary negotiations.

I have used this book on several occasions over the years when preparing for an interview. It is easy to read and incorporate. Helps focus your thoughts so you can clearly articulate how you will fit a job and benefit a new employer. I believe it has made a direct contribution to my job landing success rate/
