Cyndi and Georgie differ in their opinion of what makes a quick meal. Cyndi is a "from scratch" cook who cooks ahead and freezes, creates meals from leftovers and uses fresh produce from her garden. Georgie, on the other hand, often creates delectable meals with items chosen from the deli case and convenient, prepared foods from the grocery store. Both readily admit to learning from the other's cooking methods and are committed to writing usable cookbooks for cooks at any skill level.
Georgie graduated from Colorado State University with a teaching endorsement in language arts and history; Cyndi graduated from Colorado State University with a Home Economics degree. They both are married to engineers and live in Greeley, Colorado; they each have three children and a mother that cooks.

I ordered this cookbook to use as a gift and was so glad the book was in pristine condition. All I had to do was write my "good cooking" wishes and stick it in the mail? It arrived in just a couple of days, well in time for my gift to be mailed. I would order from this seller again.
