My mother is 82 years old. She requires alot of assitance with various things. This book was Excellent. It showed me how to organize her medications, help her eat healthy foods. I learned alot of safety tips. The FAQ - were Great! I wanted to her to come and visit, but she has an oxygen tank. I followed the tips for traveling with oxygen and they helped. Thank you and kudo's to the author. She gave lots of practical and useful tips in a easy to understand manner. My mother has also read the book and has really enjoyed it as well. The check sheets are very helpful.

This is a great book for anyone who is interesting in healthy living. I have an aging parent and this guide is invaluable. I thoroughly recommend it, great reading.
