I like this book. Most of the ingredients I cook with on a regular basis. I tried the turkey cutlet the other night. The cumin was missing in the directions, but I knew what to do with that. It turned out delicious. I plan on using this book on a regular basis. I only have to skip the beef and lamb section (don't eat those). Very easy and quick recipes.

Since eating Paleo, I have spent a lot of time in my kitchen making paleo meals for my family which resulted in eating later and/or spending more time in the kitchen than spent with my family. This cook book helps free up that time with great recipe ideas that are not too exotic with readily available ingredients. Better than the recipes in this book is the extra time I spend out of the kitchen!
