Tim Clinton (EdD, The College of William and Mary) is president of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), executive director of the Center for Counseling and Family Studies, professor of counseling and pastoral care at Liberty University and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, and a licensed professional counselor. He is the author or editor of many books.

Ron Hawkins (EdD, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University) is a licensed professional counselor and serves on the executive board of the American Association of Christian Counselors. He is vice-provost of distance learning and graduate studies and professor of counseling at Liberty University and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.

In addition, he is a publisher, professor, and executive director. Tim and his wife Julie have been married for twenty-four years; they have two children, Megan and Zachary, and live in Forest, Virginia.

It is easily consulted under alphabetical topics giviving balanced clinical knowlege and biblical wisdom with refrences. every section suggests an approach, scriptures, prayer, and homework for the session. The counselor can readily glean the appropriate material.

I am a new Christian counselor at my church, I am taking the courses through the AACC in which Tim Clinton is the president of. This guide is a great quick reference in which I'm sure I will be using a lot. There is such a nice range of issues also.
