The best COLREGS book
This 8 1/2" x 11" weatherproof heavy duty plastic card is a perfect quick reference for any boater. The inland and international rules (COLREGS) including right-of way, lights, and sound signals, and the U.S. Buoyage system are all included in a concise, accurate and graphically pleasing format which is easy to understand and use. It is the better COLREGS book...

Great info but not so great structuraly
Concise information, sometimes too concise, but gives the basics on front and back of one sheet. I have put it into my sailing bag, have taken it out twice, and already the clear cover is trying to separate at the corner. Needs to be built a little more durable than it is
