I am enjoying my Quick From Scratch cookbook very much and I use it often. Being able to combine so many delicious ingredients into one dish is perfect for my busy lifestyle. The cookbook is well organized too which I appreciate ... I like the photographs and the fact that the recipe is on one page and easy to follow.

Every recipe from this book that I've tried so far has been easy, quick and ranged from very tasty to great. And they seldom need alterations.
The gumbo recipe, for example has won the rave reviews of the 'lord of the manor' who tasted it shortly after a trip to New Orleans and pronounced this better than the four he had tried there; quite an accomplishment!
I have recommended this book to friends who love good food as much as I but are far less interested in spending time in the kitchen.

I have been incredibly pleased with _One Dish Meals_. The recipes are quick, easy and extremely tasty. Even meals which feature combinations which sound unusual have resulted in rave reviews. The wine suggestions are also fun for those newly interested in wine.

I am buying copies of this book for my friends and family. This is the first cookbook which has seemed wonderful enough to do so!
