Well if you have you need to get this. I got a few decks and things just did not flow as easy as I wanted it to. A friend suggested that I get a deck with some translation on the card to help me (I did not like to go back and forth with the book). Got this deck and it is a breeze now! So easy! I am just thrilled with it as now I can concentrate on the whole meaning of the reading and not fumble through the book every time I get to a card that has not been commited to memory yet. So in short... if you are discouraged with Tarot reading... or dont have a very good memory.... or just want something to pull out and have fun with. GET THIS DECK:)

This product really lives up to its title! The cards are nicely illustrated, based off the popular, common, Rider-Waite deck. The meanings are well written, not choppy! It is really nice to be able to entertain people with out having to thumb through a book! It is difficult to learn all the proper meanings for all 78 cards. With this deck you don't have to! I recommend it to all beginners and moderates.

This deck is based on the best-selling Universal Waite Tarot. On this deck you will find both the divinatory and reversed interpretations printed right on each card. This is a perfect deck for beginners. While learning to read the Tarot, you will find that there is no need to refer to a book or manual for interpretations, they are right in front of you. This will help you without breaking your concentration during a reading or learning session.

This is the perfect tarot deck for newbies or people interested in further understanding the Universal Waite Tarot. Basically each card is one of the Universal Waite Tarot with a large margin (half blue/half orange....the color's tell you when a card is reversed) which convey's the individual card's meaning.

This is my first tarot deck, and it is very helpful. The meanings are printed right on the cards. As a beginner, I would have liked this deck to have included better instructions or a small booklet about how to read tarot. It is a good learning tool though; detailed pictures, sufficient wording to understand each cards' meaning, and the cards are large and yet easy to handle (although they seem to buckle pretty easily). I would definitely recommend this deck to a beginner.

This is an excellent learning tool. The descriptions on the card make it easier to work on learning spreads and interpretations because less time is spent fumbling through books to get card meanings.

This is a wonderful deck for beginners! The answers for surface readings are right there, be they upright or reversed. A good way to start!

My first tarot cards were very generic. From the moment I opened these cards I was very impressed with the quality of the cards and the rich colorful artwork. Unlike my first deck these cards are very sturdy and should last for years to come. With me being a new reader it is so helpful to have the explanations on the cards so I don't waste time referring to books. Great for beginners!! Once I become proficient I will buy the Morgan-Greer Tarot Cards which I think exhibit the most beautiful artwork of all the Tarot Cards.
