About the Author
Marion Karpinski, R.N., is a recognized expert in the field of caregiver training. A registered nurse for over 35 years, Ms. Karpinski has developed a series of nationally acclaimed DVDs, books and caregiver training programs devoted to teaching care providers basic caregiving and communication skills.
