Don't be fooled by the fact that the book has 67 pages. Each page only has a couple of sentences, so the entire shebang is about what you'd find on a web page. The tips are fairly obvious and often repetitive (one tip is to join Twitter, another tip is to post a relevant tweet). The book is free, so not much is lost, though plenty is gained for BrightWave -- they advertise several of their titles and resources at the end of the book. The bottom line: a quick Google search will turn up more and better -- and more comprehensive -- ideas for marketing.

Book needs to be updated sorely. This is more of a social media book as opposed to a marketing book. Some of the web sites need to be removed and replaced. There is a lot in this book that just doesn't apply anymore. And there is a lot of info that could have been added. The world of social media changes quickly.

I was also shocked to see how little text there was in the book. I am sure it was designed for impact. For me, I was distracted by all the empty space.

At least it was free!

This book was alright and that is being generous. The points are no longer than a page and often there was very little explanation when there could have easily been pages worth of content. The writer rushed this book and have it the feel of it being written in a day just to put something out there. While it is an interesting read I would say do not waste your time unless you just learned the definition of marketing
