I started making wine from concentrates last fall when our church was looking for homemade wine for Communion on Thanksgiving eve.The wine I made turned out ok,for a first timer,but it would have been much better with the help of this book. This book has all the ins and outs of equipment that you will need(and why you need it), what types of concentrates you can use, and how to store the wine when you're finished. Thankyou Amazon so much for finding this book for me!
